Cooma

This is the marker for your first day of travel. It is where you will find the Snowy Hydro Visitors and Education Center. Kosciuszko National Park

This is one of the major highlights in this route. It is where the highest peak in Australia can be found and this is the Mount Kosciuszko. Thredbo Valley

Batlow

This is also a great place to stop. The surroundings have a quintessential appeal but this is a destination which will really calm your tensed nerves. The pleasantly cool weather plus the surrounding fields of apples will delight your heart.

Tumut

This is almost at the end of your trip along Snowy Mountains Drive. However, when you reach this place, it is not the end of your fun journey. There are numerous places to visit here like the Old Butter Factory, Adelong Falls and Gold Mine Ruins.
